*If the carrier is not able to deliver the order because a wrong address was provided by the customer, the order will be returned to the Iris Global Store and then held. If no inquiry is submitted to our customer service department at, the order will be considered abandoned after 28 days. If a corrected address is provided to our customer service department (at, the order will be reshipped to the corrected address, at the customer's expense.
