Digital Products:
Digital products sold by Iris Global are not eligible for returns or refunds. Digital products include, but are not limited to, teachings, conferences, digital books, films, and music.

Apparel & Gifts:
Iris Global is utilizing a POD (Print On Demand) supply system for all gift and apparel orders. All Items are created per order. We do not have a warehouse or back stock on items.

Please also read the following information regarding Apparel and Gifts carefully:
 
1) Iris Global does not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse reasons, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse regarding material, texture, color, and/or size. Wrongly ordered sizes will not be eligible for return or refund.

2) Iris Global only offers refunds for mislabeled products and/or for products damaged in shipping. All orders go through a quality check before getting shipped. However, if a mislabeled or damaged item ships, a request must be submitted to our customer service department at store@irisglobal.org within 28 days of purchase.

3) For orders failed to deliver or lost in transit:
*If the carrier is not able to deliver the order because a wrong address was provided by the customer, the order will be returned to the Iris Global Store and then held. If no inquiry is submitted to our customer service department at store@irisglobal.org, the order will be considered abandoned after 28 days. If a corrected address is provided to our customer service department (at store@irisglobal.org), the order will be reshipped to the corrected address, at the customer's expense.
